The Engineering Bridge program was established in 2019 through a National Science Foundation grant to Wright College as a way to increase the number of minority and underrepresented students in the fields of engineering and computer science. It is now available through the City Colleges of Chicago School of Engineering.
The Bridge program focuses on providing support during the key transitions in students’ educational journeys, from high school through community college to a four-year institution. It provides a math-intensive, chemistry-infused preparation for college courses.
The deadline to apply is May 1, 2025.
- Bridge participation is limited to 40 seats
